Petrofac Training provides operations and technical training for 250 operations and maintenance trainees from Sakhalin Energy Investment Company (SEIC). The training is designed so that the delegates achieve the necessary standards of competence required by the Russian Federation of Mandatory and Vocational training.
On Sakhalin Island, Petrofac Training has also facilitated train the trainer instruction, resulting in local Russian trainers receiving the appropriate skills and techniques, and who are now delivering high-quality training to SEIC employees. All this training activity serves as a foundation in the development of Russia's sustained growth.
