Fire and Emergency Training Institute: Marine firefighting training for the industry

Petrofac Training Services first partnered with Louisiana State University Fire and Emergency Training Institute (FETI) in 2007. Together we delivered a three-day Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) course at the FETI fire grounds. The training aligned with Shell’s Gulf of Mexico Helicopter Operations Standards.

The partnership continues to provide high quality HLO training today. We have also added Offshore Fire Fighting and Offshore Emergency Response Team Member training to the range of instruction that we can offer from FETI.
