Emergency & Crisis Management Advisor

Petrofac Training Limited currently has 2 vacancies for Emergency & Crisis Management Advisors based at our Craigshaw office. This role forms a key part of the delivery team assisting with the provision of professional emergency response and crisis management services to a number of clients.
The Role
- Reviewing arrangements.
- Producing reports.
- Developing procedures and plans.
-Organising resources and facilities.
- Reviewing training needs and developing training programmes.
- Delivering training.
- Organising and delivering exercises.
- To ensure that all time and expenses against the project are accurately recorded and submitted in a timely fashion.
- To liaise with the Project manager in order to gain a full understanding of involvement.
- To deliver in accordance with the Project Manager’s needs.
- To take advantage of opportunities to sell the Company’s services at all times.
- To project a positive impression of the Company at all times.
Required Skills / Experience
- Knowledgeable in the field of Emergency Response and Crisis Management.3
- Knowledge & understanding of the high-risk industry sector and specific knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Basic understanding of training and exercising.
- An understanding of the agencies involved with Emergency Response.
- Experience of technical authoring (writing technical documents).
- Experience of carrying out research.
- Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as capable of working independently.
- Strong IT skills in standard Microsoft packages including PowerPoint.
