Highly skilled training professionals and qualified assessors ensure that our training is delivered to the highest of standards, worldwide. We have over 400 employees, a number of whom have been with us for over 26 years and are all experienced in their specialist areas.
Many of our instructors are multi-skilled in two or more training disciplines and are drawn from a multitude of backgrounds including; the military and domestic fire services, marine industry, fishing industry, army and navy. We also have numerous time served OIMs and control room operators, each with the skills and knowledge to provide best in class training.
Collectively we have a wealth of experience at all levels, and in a variety of high-risk industries including the international oil & gas sector. Within the emergency response and crisis management teams, many of our staff have been drawn from backgrounds in the armed forces, the Emergency Services (Police and Fire Brigade), exploration and production, chemical, and the aviation industry. In addition to being Emergency Response and Crisis Management practitioners, all are experienced trainers and excellent communicators.
Our instructors are also qualified assessors with proven track records of designing bespoke courses for both on and offshore operations. Courses are based on, and designed around, a competency framework that forms the benchmark for assessments.
