Leigh Howarth |

Leigh Howarth joined Petrofac in 2002. After starting his professional career with KPMG, Leigh moved into industry in 1992, initially working for a distribution company. In 1996, Leigh joined Atlantic Power and Gas, a leading UK oil & gas service provider and, in 1998, was appointed group finance director to the business. In 2003, following the acquisition of this business by Petrofac in December 2002, Leigh relocated to the UAE to head Petrofac’s group finance function. Leigh took up the post of Managing Director of Petrofac Training on 1 May 2006. Leigh is an associate chartered accountant and is a member of the Operations Services divisional board. |

Dave Lomax |

Dave Lomax joined Petrofac Training in September 2005 following 16 years at National Oilwell UK, nine of which were in the position of Finance Director. Dave brings a wealth of experience as Finance Director with international experience in the oil & gas market from European, North American and Caspian Regions and possesses strong Financial, IT and Management skills with particular success in acquisitions, restructuring and the profitable development of service and product oriented, multi-site businesses. |

Walter Thain |
|
Walter, a chartered engineer with significant oil & gas experience, joined Petrofac Training in April 2007 as Vice President – Sales & Marketing and has overall responsibility for the corporate sales and marketing functions in addition to driving forward a programme of infrastructure development in support of the company’s strategic and growth objectives. Based in Sharjah in the UAE, Walter transferred from Petrofac's Facilities Management business where he held both strategic development and operational roles. Walter has been with Petrofac since 2004 and joined from OPTIMA Integrated Energy Services, having previously spent 5 years working for PGS Production (now Petrofac) in Aberdeen. |

Mike Comerford |

Mike has regional responsiblilty for the Europe operations of Petrofac Training. Mike joined Petrofac Training in May 2006 from the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA). Mike fulfilled the role of Regional Director Scotland and Northern Ireland with the MCA between 1999 and 2005, before becoming Director of Strategy & Communications. Prior to joining the MCA, Mike, who is a Chartered Engineer, held a number of managerial and director roles within the maritime and offshore oil & gas sectors with Lloyds Register, Bureau Veritas and Lithgows. |

Phil Costelloe |

Phil Costelloe joined Petrofac Training in May 2006 following the acquisition of PKT and PCI companies from the PPS Group. Phil has regional responsiblilty for Petrofac Training's Asia Pacific operations. |
